This is why a co-packer running 355ml Standard beer cans can add a 330ml Sleek RTD with minimal tooling cost, but adding a 250ml Slim mixer means buying Size 200 change parts. The body diameter does not determine the end size—the neck does.

Size 202 ends are the default for Standard and Sleek cans. They are cheaper per thousand and work with both B64 and CDL profiles. Size 206 ends are reserved for wide-neck large-format cans such as 24oz/709ml; the larger opening handles higher carbonation pressure and pours faster.

Most of our export orders for 330ml, 355ml, and 500ml run Size 202 CDL ends. The CDL profile cuts metal gauge by roughly 10% versus legacy B64 while still passing our 95–102 PSI buckle test.
