1. Empty Can Pallet Packaging (Bulk Palletizing)

The standard choice for more than 90% of export and inter-factory transport.

How Empty Cans Are Palletized

Cans are stacked upright on the pallet at very high density, with a paper or plastic layer pad between every tier.
The stack is built to a controlled height — normally 2 m to 2.6 m — holding thousands of cans per pallet.
A rigid top cap is added, steel or PET banding secures the load vertically, and stretch film fully wraps the pallet to block dust and moisture.

Why Breweries Prefer Bulk Pallets

This format makes the best use of container space and lets filling plants feed cans straight into a depalletizer for high-speed, bulk decasing.

2. Easy Open End Outer Packaging

2.1 Paper Sleeve / Paper Wrap — Traditional Standard Pack

Packing method: Ends are overlapped into a long strip (often called a roll or sleeve, usually 150 to 600 ends per roll) and wrapped in high-strength, moisture-resistant kraft paper with sealed ends.

Key features: Low cost and naturally elastic, the paper sleeve holds ends tightly and prevents shifting. It is ideal for automatic end-feed systems on seaming lines.

2.2 Plastic Sleeve / Shrink Wrap

Packing method: A food-grade PE bag or shrink film seals the long strip of ends.

Key features: Better moisture and dust protection than paper, with clear visibility of the ends inside. Often used for food and beverage lines that demand higher cleanliness.

2.3 Pallet Package for Ends

Whether ends start in paper sleeves or plastic sleeves, they are finally packed into cartons or loaded directly onto pallets:

Corrugated carton packing: 10 to 20 rolls are placed flat in high-strength corrugated cartons, then stacked on a pallet.
Bulk end palletizing: Sleeve rolls are laid flat on a pallet in interlocking layers separated by tier pads, then capped, strapped, and stretch-wrapped. Because ends are heavy, pallets are normally reinforced with steel banding.

Packaging configurations are designed to protect product quality while maximizing container utilization. Empty aluminum can bodies are always shipped 40'HQ only; easy open ends can move in either 20'GP/FCL or 40'HQ.

Each pallet includes laminated paperboard or plastic tier sheets between layers, a rigid top cap, steel or PET strapping, and stretch film wrap to block dust and moisture. Because empty can bodies are lightweight, they are normally single-stacked in the container with top wood frames to prevent top-layer crush. Ends are heavier and can be double-stacked to optimize payload.

No. Empty can bodies ship only in 40'HQ containers because pallets must be single-stacked to prevent denting and sidewall damage. Easy open ends can ship in either 20'GP/FCL or 40'HQ.
