What sizes of aluminum cans do you manufacture?

We manufacture aluminum cans in sizes: 180ml, 190ml, 200ml, 250ml, 310ml, 330ml, 355ml, 450ml, 473ml, 500ml and 1000ml. Plain cans and printed cans are available upon request. Type: Slim cans, standard can, and sleek cans are available.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQοΌ Plain/Blank aluminum cans 1x40HQ per SKU. Printed cans: 300000 pcs/SKU. For easy open ends (EOE), the MOQ is 200,000 pieces more or less (1 pallet). Sample orders are available for new clients before committing to full production.
Are your cans and EOEs food-grade and certified?

Yes. All our products are Epoxy or BPA-free and meet FDA (USA), EU EC 1935/2004, and FSSC 22000 food safety standards. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and BRC Packaging certifications. COA test reports are provided with every order.
Can I get custom printing and branding?

Absolutely. We offer full 360Β° lithographic printing with up to 8 colors. Options include Gloss, Matte, Embossed, Temperature-sensitive Ink (Cold-activated Ink) finishes, best for beer and soft drink cans. Our in-house design team can assist with artwork preparation. Digital proofs are sent for approval before production begins.
What is the production and delivery lead time?

Standard production lead time is 30β45 days after artwork and order confirmation. Sample production takes 7β10 days. Shipping time varies by destination: 15β25 days sea freight to Europe/USA, 10β18 days to Southeast Asia, 35-40 days sea freight to South America.
