Standard MOQ for printed cans is 300,000 pieces per SKU. This allows for cost-effective production and competitive pricing. Blank (unprinted) cans may have lower MOQ options available. Contact our sales team for specific requirements or smaller test orders.
We accept vector artwork files in AI, EPS, or PDF formats. Please include 3mm bleed area on all sides and specify CMYK or Pantone color codes. Our in-house design team can also optimize your artwork for can printing at no additional cost.
Standard production lead time is 4-6 weeks from artwork approval and deposit payment. Express production (2-3 weeks) is available for urgent orders with additional fees. Sample production takes 7-10 days.
Yes, all Alucan cans use BPA-NI (BPA Non-Intent) internal coatings. This means BPA is not intentionally added during manufacturing. Our coatings meet or exceed FDA, EU, and other global food safety regulations.
We offer four main body types: Standard (traditional cylindrical shape), Sleek (taller, narrower profile), Slim (ultra-slim for compact portions), and Stubby (short, wide format). Each type has specific can end compatibility.
We specialize in standard industry sizes (180ml-500ml). Custom sizes require new tooling and have higher MOQ requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we can provide engineering feasibility assessment.
